2 100% Free Cancellation Window
We offer hassle-free zero-penalty cancellations for advance bookings:
Cancellations 4+ Hours Prior: If you cancel or reschedule your ride at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you receive a 100% Full Refund with zero deductions.
Free Rescheduling: You may change your travel date, time, or pickup location at no extra charge (subject to cab availability).
✅ No Hidden Fees: No administrative or cancellation processing fees are charged when requests are placed within the free window.
3 Late Cancellation & Driver Dispatch
Cancellation Under 4 Hours: If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before pickup, a nominal dispatch fee of ₹300 (for Sedans) or ₹500 (for SUVs) may be deducted to cover driver dead-mileage.
Customer No-Show: If the vehicle arrives at the requested pickup address and the passenger does not show up after a complimentary 30-minute waiting window, the base callout fee is applicable.
4 Breakdown & Service Assurance
In the extremely rare event of a mechanical failure or vehicle breakdown during your journey:
Our 24/7 dispatch desk will immediately arrange an alternate replacement cab at zero extra fee.
If a replacement cannot be provided in a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a 100% pro-rata refund for the unfinished trip segment.
5 Refund Method & Timeline
Payment Mode: Approved refunds are credited directly via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or original bank transfer.
Speed: UPI refunds are settled within 24 business hours. Bank transfers may take 2 to 3 working days depending on interbank clearing.
