2 Cab Booking & Allocation
Advance Booking: Please book outstation and airport cabs 3 hours ahead for guaranteed on-time pickup.
Vehicle Allotment: Cars are assigned by chosen category (Sedan: Dzire/Etios, SUV: Ertiga/Innova Crysta).
Chauffeur Details: Driver contact and vehicle registration details are dispatched via SMS/WhatsApp prior to trip.
3 Fares, Tolls & Extra Charges
Toll, State Tax & Parking: Fastag toll fees, airport parking, and border permits are payable directly on actuals.
Driver Day Allowance (DA): Standard driver charge of ₹300/day applies for outstation round trips.
Night Travel Charge: Driving scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM carries a standard allowance of ₹250.
🚗 Outstation Minimum KM: Outstation round-trips adhere to a standard limit of 300 KM per calendar day. Extra distance is billed at the agreed per-KM rate.
4 Cancellation & Refund Terms
Free Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule with zero fee up to 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation: If cancelled after driver has arrived at pickup address, a nominal dispatch fee applies.
Refund Processing: Prepaid booking advances for eligible cancellations are refunded via UPI within 24 hours.
5 Passenger Safety & Conduct
Vehicle Capacity: Strictly 4 passengers in Sedans and 6 to 7 passengers in SUVs as per RTO permit regulations.
Strict Conduct: Smoking, alcohol, or carriage of prohibited goods inside commercial cabs is strictly forbidden.
6 Governing Legal Jurisdiction
All travel services and legal contracts are governed under the laws of India, subject to exclusive court jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
